Our project to add 22 rooms at Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, Tennessee was a Lean project that added much needed space to the existing facility--space that was 75% occupied within the first week following completion. Interior and exterior patient courtyards provide tranquil areas for patients to relax. Three group spaces per unit offer flexible areas that can be utilized as appropriate for the patient mix.

The exterior design not only blends in with the existing hospital built in the early 2000's, and an adjacent MOB (designed by JJCA in 2010), but also meets stringent city aesthetic requirements.
