This month's Valdosta mug comes to us from Jason Putnal, who visits the local Starbucks for a stout cup of coffee when working on the Greenleaf project. Valdosta is a pretty small town but expansion of the Greenleaf Center, an Acadia behavioral health facility, will have a big impact on the community. The project includes renovation of 3,800 square feet of existing space to improve functionality as well as adding a two-story, 22,266 square-foot, 40-bed inpatient unit.

Jason and Ed George take their coffee strong when in Valdosta to maintain a steely focus on bringing new beds on line quickly, as per Acadia's business model. We're happy to have our friends at Deangelis Diamond as partners to streamline the process. With their help, we're going to be able to make the second floor of the inpatient facility available for patient care one month early.

And speaking of productivity, the Valdosta airport may be small (just one gate) but we have taken full advantage of their 'Productivity Center'. It's the perfect place to crank out minutes from our meetings 'on the fly', getting them distributed so everyone has them before we board the plane for home.
