This year's annual theme of "Dig" has given everyone at JJCA an opportunity for some introspection. We asked everyone to dig really deep to find out how they could best leverage their strengths and passions to better themselves as well as provide amazing solutions to our clients' challenges. The topics to explore were wide-ranging, from green building, to detailing; from creativity to developing greater observation skills.
