It is a tradition at JJCA that we establish an annual theme. If you've been keeping up with our themes over the years, you might recall stretch, enjoy, serve, and last year's "dig". Our themes are both fun and motivational concepts that help us grow in some new way.
This year's theme of "shape" conjurs up all sorts of possibilities, not the least of which is identifying ways that we can better shape - and improve - human experiences. We want to apply this action-oriented verb to all sorts of things, from how we shape our careers to how we shape our clients' experiences and ultimately the experienes of the stakeholders our clients serve.
We look forward to seeing great things take shape in 2020.
