Once a month, everyone at JJCA grabs their favorite lunch and gathers around the conference room table for an informal but informative "lunch and learn" session. We know the topics are relevant to employees because employees provide the topic list. Whether the session is built around a challenge that occurred on a recent project or a new industry trend, we make sure that time invested is time well spent. Plus, we find our lunch and learn sessions to be the perfect opportunity to learn from each other.
