Originally developed as a retreat for the family and friends of a NASCAR mechanic, this unique property provided an ideal canvas for the creation of a rustic, peaceful substance abuse recovery center for Summit Behavioral Healthcare.  Situated among existing buildings including a horse barn and two cottages, a new, single-story 12,200 square-foot, 32-bed cottage fits right into the original campus architecture, allowing the hospital to provide additional beds and a detox component.
