char●rette: an intense period of design or planning activity
A recent RFP provided an opportunity for a "lunch and churn" during which a group of folks in the office got together for a charrette to churn out ideas to include in a rendering. Armed with sketch paper, pencils, pens, and Pantone markers, everyone was given about 30 minutes to draw. It was truly amazing to see the level of creativity and the variety of approaches. Ideas from interns to seasoned architects were incorporated into the final solution for the RFP.
We love bringing our talented team together to tackle a design challenge!
