Not every project is about a building. Often we get involved in helping to improve a space and in this case, an Ensworth donor who wanted to provide an exterior video scoreboard and ensure it was proportional to the building. As project managers, JJCA coordinated everything from coordinating with the engineers to define power needs, to getting bids for the electrical scope, managing the budget, and tracking the schedule. The large screen was approximately 16'-6" x 28'-3" with a full color LED matrix display.
