Each year we try to get away for a day or two to "Relax & Re-energize" our team. This year's retreat took place at Gorham's Bluff in Alabama.
Our style of relaxing? Bike-riding, with Blake and Steven demonstrating perfect teamwork on a tandem bike, plus hiking and exploring. This rigorous approach to relaxation makes perfect sense given our retreat's LEAN educational focus! Day two sessions were all about Lean Construction and Lean tools that can be integrated into all project methods.
What's a retreat without a little mischief? The girls attacked the boys with a surprise water balloon fight and Travis retaliated with a water hose. Oh - and Cubs fans had matching "We ain't afraid of no GOAT" shirts to watch the game and they obviously worked!
