New BIM Leader, C.J. Amlin, is Nobody's Fool

We love a good process at JJCA - especially when it improves productivity. That's why we are so happy to welcome C.J. Amlin to our team in a newly-created position of BIM Leader. A Dayton, Ohio native and graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture, C.J. will be enhancing client relationships by implementing new technologies and strategies to improve workflow and productivity. He brings a great combination of healthcare, collegiate, residential and commercial experience to this role.

C.J. is the first person who works at JJCA but doesn't work AT JJCA - at least not right now. It's no joke that he started his career with us on April Fools Day in the middle of a pandemic. One thing he can say for sure about working remotely: nobody is invading his personal space!

Many of C.J.'s hobbies are on hold for the foreseeable future, like watching his favorite teams, the Bengals, Buckeyes and Reds. He also likes being outdoors, hiking, floating, chilling and biking - motorbiking that is. At least he can still do a short walk with his pup occasionally. And there's no better time than now for another of his hobbies: home renovation. House Beautiful here we come.

Getting that private pilot's license he is working on might really come in handy once the JJCA team can travel again. Seriously, we're truly proud of the real reason he wants his license. C.J. would like to join the Air National Guard or Air Force Reserves.

We are looking forward to more formally welcoming C.J. to our team when we can be together back at JJCA. We're all missing simple pleasures like a great meal at one of our favorite restaurants, or the ability to find a 12-pack of Charmin. So we asked C.J. some questions about the things we take for granted and here is what we learned. C.J., an equal opportunity snacker, will be spreading it around to all of the restaurants when he has a chance. And Halle Berry is getting his last roll of toilet paper!  Great answers. We like you already.
