Our work in Sullivan, Indiana included two simultaneous projects: the construction of a medical office building (MOB) and a series of hospital renovations. Hospital renovations included a new emergency department entrance and waiting room, main lobby and gift shop, admissions department, sleep lab, pulmonary, medical records, and coding department. The renovations occurred in three phases, carefully planned to ensure that the hospital could maintain full operations throughout and resulting in very minimal downtime.
The hospital partnered with Davita Healthcare for the dialysis services included in the MOB. Davita built out their space during construction, helping to expedite completion of the project.
At JJCA, checksetting isn’t just a final review; it’s a critical step to ensure construction documents are airtight.
