Every team member at JJCA is tested to identify their strengths so that we can provide leadership opportunities for each person based on areas of work in which they naturally excel. Then we provide a whole host of interesting leadership roles, from LEED and Revit to marketing and IT. But leadership at JJCA goes much deeper, as at our foundation, we subcribe to the values of servant leadership. That gets translated in how we treat our team members and clients, and how we give back in our community. We provide the tools our employees need to succeed, from encouraging and then rewarding licensure with an all-expense paid weekend trip, to teaming emerging professionals on projects so that they are exposed to every aspect--start to finish. Our culture of excellence demands that our leaders set an example for younger team members, both in what they say and what they do. And we find that giving back to our community through programs like ACE mentoring and Canstruction is as rewarding for us as it is for the recipients.
