We're excited for Belmont Behavioral Hospital's February 1st groundbreaking for their new inpatient hospital. The $100 million Acadia project will replace the current hospital built in the 1940's with a state-of-the-art facility, expanding capacity to 252 beds. The new inpatient hospital is the fourth phase of a multi-year, multi-phase plan that involves a variety of projects that will ultimately revitalize and replace the entire campus.

According to the hospital's director of operations, Stephanie Lee, "All of our efforts are consistent with our mission of ensuring that Philadelphia residents have access to exceptional care, provided with dignity and respect, and offered in safe and beautiful healing environments." JJCA is pleased to be a partner with Acadia in this effort that similarly allows us to serve our mission of "creating a special place to heal" for this deserving but underserved community.
