Gone are the days of the old model of frozen food "heat and serve" school kitchens. Preparing and delivering fresh, delicious meals in an appealing way was the focus for the project to renovate and expand the Ensworth dining hall to double its size in order to accommodate the school population on the K-8 campus at Ensworth. With nearly 20,000 square feet of new and renovated space, the dining hall, along with four new classrooms, has been a delicious addition to the campus.
