At JJCA, we believe strong leadership fuels our success. That’s why we’re excited to announce an expansion in our leadership team. Stephanie Pielich has increased her ownership in the firm and will now serve as the Head of our Management Committee. Additionally, Linda Mark, Michael Speck, and Jason Putnal have been elevated to principals, strengthening our foundation for the future.

"This new generation of leadership reflects the depth of talent we’ve cultivated at JJCA," said David Johnson, Founding Partner and President of JJCA. "Stephanie, Linda, Michael, and Jason have each played key roles in our success, and their leadership will help drive our firm forward while maintaining the culture and client commitment we’re known for."

Meet the New Principals:

  • Stephanie Pielich, Head of the Management Committee, has been a driving force in our healthcare practice, leading projects that enhance patient experiences and streamline care delivery. She has been with JJCA for 24 years and will help guide the firm’s operational and strategic direction.
  • Linda Mark brings deep expertise in education design, creating spaces that inspire learning and connection. With 21 years at JJCA, her leadership will continue to shape environments that empower students and educators.
  • Michael Speck is a strategist and problem-solver, ensuring technical excellence and innovative solutions in every project. He has been with JJCA for 27 years, bringing business acumen and project management expertise that makes him a strong asset to the leadership team.
  • Jason Putnal has been pivotal in staff development and firm growth. With 24 years at JJCA, his keen understanding of architecture and relationship-building will help drive the firm’s continued expansion.

As JJCA grows, our mission remains the same—listening carefully, leading relentlessly, and developing intentionally. This leadership expansion ensures we can continue designing thoughtful spaces that improve the human experience.
