When you undertake the planning, design and construction for a large behavioral health facility, it is a multiyear effort. That's why it is so exciting to see this joint venture between UHS and Beaumont Health coming to fruition. The punch list for this 106,000 square-foot, 144-bed behavioral health facility in Dearborn, Michigan is currently in process and the certificate of occupancy will be received any day now. With state inspections to be completed by early September, we expect the first patients to occupy the facility in October.
