A recent Nashville Business Journal article reported the exciting news that The Chartwell at Marathon, a 388-unit mixed-use development, is officially underway in the high-growth 12th Avenue area formerly occupied by the Union Station Brick Company. Chartwell Residential's estimated $112 million project pairs JJCA with award-winning David Baker Architects and will also allow us to work with our frequent general contracting partner, DeAngelis Diamond.
While we've been slowly wading into the multifamily sector for a while, this project is providing us the opportunity to make a big splash!
