Say "Hi" to Stefan.
Join us in welcoming Stefan Balcer to the JJCA team. Stefan, a Mississippi State graduate with a degree in architecture, comes to us by way of previous architecture work experience in both Starkville, Mississippi and Springfield, Missouri.
One thing we've learned about Stefan: we don't think we'll have him overseeing the grills at our annual JJCA BBQ. Turns out he almost burned down a friend's house in college when some bacon grease caught fire on the grill. We think Stefan should stick to eating out, maybe at his favorite restaurant, Bob's Steak and Chop House. Of course we have a great sense of humor at JJCA. That's why one of Stefan's projects is Acadia Mirror Lake in BURNS, Tennessee!
Stefan says one of the biggest eye-openers at JJCA is the coffee. He only wishes he'd had some of that super-human brew to help him through college!
